Your data in PocketLuma
Who operates the service
PocketLuma operates this service. Contact: contact@pocketluma.com
Information you provide
We store your account name and email, the expenses and notes you enter, your categories, and profile preferences. AWS Cognito handles sign-in credentials. Do not put card numbers, passwords, or sensitive personal information in expense notes.
How information is used
Information is used to provide your account, save and display expenses, and support the service. We record recent account activity and whether an account has recorded expenses to understand product usage. The private owner console shows account information, usage summaries, and support notes. Operational logs support troubleshooting and security.
Storage and service providers
Account and expense services run on Amazon Web Services, primarily in the London region. Website content is delivered through AWS CloudFront. The customer app may load fonts from Google Fonts. These providers process requests needed to deliver the service.
Browser storage and analytics
The apps use browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions and remember display preferences.
With your consent, the public website and the customer app use Google Analytics to count visits and measure whether registration and first use succeed. Analytics stays off until you accept it, and you can change your choice at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the website footer or the Usage analytics setting in your app profile. Analytics events carry page or screen names only: they do not include your name, email address, or the amounts, categories, or notes of your expenses. Google Analytics sets cookies on pocketluma.com that also apply on app.pocketluma.com; Google processes this measurement data on our behalf. The website and apps do not include advertising trackers, and advertising features in Google Analytics are turned off.
Access and deletion
You can edit individual expenses in the app or follow the steps to delete expense data while keeping your account. Use Profile → Delete account in the customer app, or request deletion in your browser. Confirm your password and type DELETE. Access is blocked immediately while a background process removes your sign-in account, profile, expenses, categories, and support notes. A minimal account identifier and deletion status are retained to block old sessions. We keep account data while your account remains active. Recovery backups can retain previous data for up to 35 days after deletion. Operational logs are retained indefinitely under the current configuration. The minimal account revocation record is retained indefinitely to block old sessions.
