Delete your PocketLuma account

Close your account and delete its associated data. You can do this in your browser, even if you have uninstalled the Android app.

Delete your account

1. Sign in to your PocketLuma customer account.
2. Review what will be deleted and export any reports you need.
3. Confirm your password, type DELETE, and select Permanently delete my account.

What happens next

Account access is blocked immediately. A background process deletes your sign-in account, profile, expenses, categories, preferences, and linked support notes. You can close the page while it runs. The action cannot be undone.

What is retained and for how long

Recovery backups can retain previous data for up to 35 days after deletion. Operational logs are retained indefinitely under the current configuration. After account deletion, a minimal account identifier, deletion status, and timestamp are retained indefinitely to prevent old sessions from accessing the service. This revocation record does not contain your expense details.
